How do I know your site is secure?

The Shop Radio Cast Store cart is secured by Paypal.com. In addition if you register with our site your credit card information is not kept on file.

How do I know my information is protected?

Shop Radio Cast does not sell, distribute or share your personal information with anyone.

Do I have to register with your site to place an order?

No simply press check out and check out without registering. We suggest that you create an account so you can take advantage of these great featues:

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. If you do not within a few hours, please let us know.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Shop Radio Cast and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Shop Radio Cast does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Shop Radio Cast site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Shop Radio Cast itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal?

No. You will be taken to the PayPal screen. An area says "Don't have PayPal account? Press Continue. At this point you are asked your billing information. Again you do NOT need a PayPal account to continue your order process.

Can I use a relative's, parent's, friend's or company credit card?

If you are using a credit card that is not yours, you must have permission and you must include a contact phone number or email address for the cardholder. Upon determination of the credit card information we may halt your order and contact the card holder to verify that the credit card charge is authorized before processing your order. We may request that the card holder submit a credit card authorization form and provide proof of card ownership. If we determine it is not authorized we will cancel the order and a notification email will be sent to you.

 

CHECK / MONEY ORDER

What if my check bounces?

We will contact you if we receive notification from the bank if your check has bounced. You will be responsible for paying the original amount of the check plus a $25.00 returned check fee.

If I pay with check or money order, when will my product be shipped?
Your product will be shipped immediately after your check or money order clears – 5 business days. If your check does not clear we will not ship your product and you will be responsible for payment and fees noted above.

When will I be charged for my order?

Immediately upon payment processing.

 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

How long before I receive my order?

Orders could take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks for delivery in North America and 4-6 weeks internationally when using the standard shipping rates. This does NOT include pre-orders. Pre-orders can be expected 1 to 2 weeks from the release date, or earlier. Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers. If you wish to have a tracking number added to your package, it is an extra cost. Email us for a quote.

When do you ship pre-orders?

On occasion we are granted the ability to ship pre-orders PRIOR to the release date, but in general pre-orders are shipped on the day the album is released.

What delivery service do you use?

We use USPS, UPS and Canadian Post.

Do you deliver to my area?

We ship world wide!

What if I don’t receive my package?

If your package is not received and it is NOT returned to Shop Radio Cast, we will gladly provide you with information on how to make a claim for your package. Please contact us for details on how to make a claim and to find out when you can make a claim. You may also check the mail carriers website for more information on their claim process.

If your products are returned to Shop Radio Cast and are damaged, we will contact you to discuss either replacements or a refund.

If your products are returned because you provided us with an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may result in a second shipping.

 

RETURN SYSTEM (RMA)

How do I return my order?

We have a very simple automated return system for anyone that has signed up for a free account at ShopRadioCast.com. If you do not already have an account at Shop Radio Cast, click here. Once logged in you will be able to make a RMA request and return your products. Please see below for our official return policy.

Do you take returns and give refunds?

As long as your items meet the requirements below and items are received by us within 30 days of you receiving it in the mail, we will gladly issue you a store credit. We do NOT refund or offer store credit for the shipping costs and you will be responsible for shipping it back to us.

Clothing and House Wares

- Clothing items may be returned if they do not fit as long as they have not been washed or worn and are in a resalable condition.

- All tags must still be attached to the item.

- All House Ware items must be in the original packaging and not used.

DVDs, Video Games and CDs

- All CDs, Video Games and DVDs may be returned as long as they are in their original packaging (plastic covering not removed) and are not damaged.

Items that may NOT be returned

- Body Jewelry, vinyl, zines, books, posters and some accessories.

Accessories that CANNOT be returned include:

- Earrings

- Body Jewelry

Accessories that CAN, be returned as long as they are in an unused condition include:

- Purses

- Umbrella’s

- Necklaces

- Chokers

- Bracelets

- Belts / Buckles

When do I receive a refund on my return?

Your refund is given once we have receive the return and we have had an opportunity to inspect the item. Inspections are completed within 1-2 business days after receiving the product.

What if you ship me the wrong item?

If we made a mistake and ship you a wrong item, it will cost you nothing to get the correct item. All you have to do is create or login to your Shop Radio Cast account and create an RMA Return ticket and follow the simple instrustions on how to ship us back the order.
